Sales tax applies to Missouri Destinations.  For Hawaii and Alaska, please telephone your order for air shipping rates.  International shipping is NOT available.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.   Exact delivery dates can only be promised if shipped by priority service.   Every effort will be made to have your order arrive by the date you request.  See bottom of this page for Holiday Season shipping restrictions. Priority Shipping is available by telephone order only.  Telephone orders for Priority Shipping received by 12:00 noon CST Monday - Friday will be processed the same day. Priority shipping is NOT AVAILABLE DECEMBER 11th THROUGH DECEMBER 31st. Dad's Cookie Company is open Monday - Saturday, 9am to 5pm CST.  You'll find our employees friendly and ready to help.

	Online - Add items to our ShopSite shopping cart.  We are a Network Solutions Secure Site.  You may verify our secure site status by clicking on the Secure Site seal.    Our online order pages allow you to add items to a ShopSite shopping basket.   Each time you add an item, you will be taken to the Shopping Basket page.   Please follow the instructions carefully so that we may fill your order correctly.
	The Shopping Basket page has a Checkout button which, when clicked, opens a secure connection using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.   Your credit card information will be encrypted and processed through the secure connection.    The shopping basket will send you a cookie (the digital kind, not oatmeal -  technology hasn't advanced quite that far!).   The cookie contains only your Billing name & address, Email address, and until you checkout, the contents of your shopping basket.   The shopping basket reads this cookie each time you visit and automatically fills the data in the form fields for your convenience.   Credit card information is not retained.   If you have configured your web browser to not accept cookies, you will have to re-type this information each time you visit.

All orders processed from Thanksgiving through December 31st will be sent in a Season's Greetings gift box.  If you would prefer your order in Everyday (Storefront Image) gift boxes, please make a note to that effect on your order in the Special Instructions area.

During the holiday season, we ship all orders in the sequence we receive them, usually within 3 to 4 days after order placement.  Exact delivery dates can only be promised if shipped by priority service.  Guaranteed arrival by Christmas if your order is received by December 4^th.
